Hélène is an independant  documentary producer working across short and longform. Her projects uncover stories from across the world for digital news  platforms, film and TV. 

A french native based in NYC, Hélène has an international production background and experience working the field on 4 continents. Prior to freelancing, she was a Senior Producer at The Washington Post where she oversaw the production of 70+ video and audio pieces with the Creative Group.

She holds an MA in Film Studies from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and is a member of the Producer’s Guild of America.

About Hélène is a freelance producer based in NYC with credits across documentary series, features and branded content.

She has experience working the field on four continents and  managing projects from development to final delivery, with seasoned storytelling skills and editorial judgement. Prior to freelancing, Hélène was a Senior Producer at The Washington Post where she produced 70+ video and audio pieces with the Creative Group. She holds an MA in Film Studies from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and is a member of the Producer’s Guild of America.

Hélène is currently contributing to the 6th season of Scripps News’ “In Real Life”.
